We are looking for a full-time Google Ads Operations Manager who can independently manage and optimize high-performing campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. The ideal candidate must be experienced, result-oriented, and capable of driving ROI without supervision. You will be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and refining performance marketing campaigns using Google Ads tools and analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting. Track and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. Develop performance reports and present key findings and recommendations. Allocate budgets efficiently and ensure optimal ROI across campaigns. Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Manage Google Merchant Center and Shopping Feed (if applicable).
