You will collaborate with the US Team and clients, troubleshoot transactions, interface with clients" ERP systems, and adhere to strict professional standards and client confidentiality. Additionally, you will need to work overlapping hours with US Eastern Time Zone, be prepared to work extra hours when necessary, and exhibit strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of accounting and finance concepts, as well as knowledge of invoice processing, customer billing, and cash application. Strong communication skills in English, proficiency in data processing with speed and accuracy, and the ability to prioritize workload are essential. Familiarity with accounting-related software such as Oracle, Glyphic, and Excel is advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is required, along with prior work experience in accounting, finance, or economics.
