Global People Technology Reporting Analyst

As the Global Reporting Analyst at Avolta, you will play a critical role in driving data-based decisions by delivering reporting and analytics solutions within our SAP SuccessFactors platform. Your main responsibility will be to maintain and evolve a suite of recurring and ad-hoc reports using SuccessFactors People Analytics supporting business-as-usual operations across live regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). Additionally, you will analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in areas such as workforce planning, talent pipelines, and organizational performance. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility of key HR KPIs, leveraging SuccessFactors People Analytics. It will be crucial for you to conduct regular audits and partner with global and regional HR teams to uphold high data quality standards and consistency across the global platform. Collaboration with People, Culture, and Organization teams and stakeholders across all regions will be essential to gather requirements, evolve reporting needs, and deliver practical, trusted insights. You will also support global users through documentation, knowledge sharing, and enablement of self-service reporting features. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities to refine our data model, streamline reporting structures, and prepare for future system enhancements and rollouts. Staying up to date on SAP SuccessFactors reporting innovations and broader People analytics trends is necessary to ensure our tools evolve with best practices. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in global HR reporting/analytics, with strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. Demonstrated proficiency in SuccessFactors People Analytics, experience with SQL or equivalent query tools, and SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics certification are mandatory. Strong data storytelling and analytical capabilities, experience in developing and managing dashboards and data visualizations, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment are also required.,
