Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and CRM tools is a must, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment are essential qualities we seek in prospective candidates. A global outlook, cultural awareness, and proficiency in multiple languages are considered advantageous.
