Job Description

As the Global Events and Conferences Manager at Borderless Access, you will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of all global conferences, events, and webinars. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the global events strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, managing all aspects of global events, coordinating event marketing strategies, and curating compelling event content. You will be expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that events align with business goals, raise brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. Post-event, you will conduct detailed analysis to evaluate attendee engagement, lead generation, ROI, and overall event performance. Continuous optimization of event strategies based on feedback and industry trends will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field, along with 5-9 years of experience in managing global B2B events and conferences. Strong project management skills, experience with budgeting and vendor management, and excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented leader capable of managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key platforms and tools that you will be working with include event management and hosting platforms like Cvent and Eventbrite, webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars and GoToWebinar, marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Marketo, CRM platforms like Salesforce and Zoho CRM, as well as project management tools and event analytics tools. Your performance in this role will be measured based on key performance indicators including event attendance and participation, lead generation, event ROI, brand awareness, customer and partner engagement.
