Join our internal product team of developers, designers, and a design systems manager to create and maintain a companywide design system, including a native web component library that will be utilized by a global suite of digital products, aiming to deliver exceptional front-end experiences. We are seeking a result-driven product owner who comprehends the significance and influence of a well-maintained backlog. Your expertise in front-end development, particularly in applying it at scale across multiple digital products using native Web Components (LIT), coupled with advanced knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, and proficiency in React, will be invaluable. As a proactive individual who has experience with advanced application logic and adheres to best practices, you are naturally inquisitive and keen on adopting new technologies for scalable and maintainable solutions. Your dedication to both the intended impact of our product and team as well as the deliverables is paramount. Your role involves not only owning the product but also actively participating as a developer within the team. This dual responsibility includes setting and managing the backlog collaboratively with the design systems manager and the team, as well as contributing to the product through coding tasks. Furthermore, you will be expected to offer guidance to developers outside the team, sharing best practices, and occasionally reviewing their code to provide feedback. We are looking for a result-driven product owner who understands the importance and impact of a well-maintained backlog. You have advanced knowledge of front-end development and can apply it at scale across multiple digital products using native Web Components (LIT). You know your way around advanced JavaScript, TypeScript, and are proficient with React. You're someone that has been working with advanced application logic and knows best practices. You're curious by nature and eager to adopt new technologies that enable scalable and the most maintainable solutions. You are as much vested in the impact our product and team intents to achieve as you are focused on the deliverables. You'll support us by being a developer in the team as well as having product ownership responsibilities. This will involve setting and managing the backlog with the support of the design systems manager and your team as well as contributing to the product by participating in coding.
