This role is responsible for driving data integrity, system optimization (ZingHR), and employee-centric service delivery in collaboration with HR Business Partners. The incumbent will lead a team, own stakeholder engagement, and drive transformation initiatives across HRs operational backbone. Role and Responsibilities Payroll Management - Lead and supervise accurate and timely payroll processing for all business units and group companies. - Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, ESIC, and LWF across entities. - Oversee Full & Final (F&F) settlement processing, ensuring zero backlogs and adherence to TAT. - Address employee payroll queries in collaboration with HR Business Partners and ensure prompt resolution. - Partner with Finance and Audit teams for periodic payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance reviews.
