HubSpot Platform Management: Own end-to-end administration of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub Maintain platform health, data integrity, and user access controls Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Document and maintain scalable processes, platform standards, and internal playbooks Automation & Workflow Optimization: Design and implement workflows and automations to support lead routing, lifecycle stage transitions, scoring, and alerts Ensure streamlined marketing-to-sales handoffs and optimize pipeline progression processes Build and manage reusable assets like templates, snippets, lists, and sequences Data & Integrations: Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Outreach, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Workato) Ensure smooth data flow across platforms and implement data enrichment and hygiene best practices Collaborate with marketing ops and sales ops to align tech stack functionality with business objectives Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage dashboards and reports to track funnel metrics, campaign performance, and sales engagement Deliver insights to help optimize campaign execution and resource allocation Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to define meaningful KPIs and success metrics Governance & Compliance: Implement and maintain user roles, permissions, and audit controls Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) Support data governance initiatives by documenting policies and leading user enablement sessions Training & Support: Serve as the go-to HubSpot subject matter expert across teams Provide onboarding, training, and support to new and existing users Lead regular sessions to share platform updates, tips, and performance insights What you should bring: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field 7+ years of relevant experience in managing Hubspot tech stack, preferably in B2B SaaS environment Proficient in HubSpot customizations, configurations and administration Strong understanding of CRM & Marketing Automation business processes & best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels. Should have the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Relevant Hubspot certifications Experience with Hubspot reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools is a plus Familiarity with lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and UTM/source tracking best practices Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT Experience in implementing or optimizinmulti-system tech-stack involving tools like ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Outreach, Power BI, or Workato is a plus
