Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new leads and projects in construction, infrastructure, and geotechnical sectors. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, government bodies, and decision-makers. - Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. - Coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals and technical solutions. - Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to promote the companys services. - Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations. - Maintain CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and conversion status. - Ensure consistent follow-up and achieve business development targets. - Travel extensively to cover assigned regions. - Maintain accurate records and reports of business development activities.
