The GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP role involves leveraging Pega Application Development Case Management and Work Model skills to enhance business processes. With 6 to 8 years of experience, you will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This position does not require travel, focusing on optimizing workflows and improving efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Pega-based solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements and design Pega applications that meet business needs. Analyzing existing workflows, you will identify opportunities for improvement using Pega Case Management tools. Your technical expertise in Pega Application Development will be crucial to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Pega applications, you will make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Pega applications will be part of your responsibilities to maintain seamless operations. Documenting and maintaining comprehensive records of Pega application configurations and changes is essential. You will also train and support team members in using Pega tools effectively to maximize productivity. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in Pega Application Development is key. You will contribute to the development of strategic plans for Pega application enhancements and upgrades. Utilizing Pega Work Model, you will create efficient workflows that align with organizational goals. Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and methodologies is expected.
