Role & responsibilities Responsible for setting up and maintaining trading partner relationships, troubleshooting, and problem-solving issues related to communications, mapping, and other failures. Conduct testing and data validation in alignment with project file requirements. Provide back up to Senior Ecommerce Analyst Preferred candidate profile Must have: 1-2 years of work experience in EDI process and data mapping and data translation support Knowledge of EDI standards (X12), and other file formats such as XML and flat files (CSV, Tab Delimited) Considered a Plus: Experience with Gentran for Windows or IBM B2B Integrator Mapper Knowledge of SQL and writing queries Knowledge of FTP/SFTP/AS2 Communications Protocols Programming courses
