This leadership role is critical for overseeing and guiding a team of design engineers in the comprehensive development of generator sets. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design conceptualization, detailed design, and refinement phases for various genset components and assemblies, utilizing Creo as the primary CAD tool. You will be responsible for setting design standards, ensuring design quality, and implementing best practices within the team.
