Generative AI Engineer

You will be working as a full-time Senior Generative AI Engineer at RandomTrees, based in Chennai with the option for remote work. Your primary responsibility will involve the development and execution of advanced Generative AI solutions. This role will require you to engage in cutting-edge AI projects and collaborate with diverse teams to foster innovation in handling a variety of datasets. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine-learning algorithms and models to enhance our platform's capabilities. This will enable our customers to efficiently create realistic content across multiple modalities, such as text, images, and drawings. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct in-depth research to remain updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, integrating them into our platform as necessary. Your role will also involve documenting research findings, methodologies, and implementations in clear and concise reports and presentations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate machine-learning models into the existing infrastructure for deployment and scalability will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a total experience of 5+ years with at least 3 years of relevant experience in developing and training Generative AI models. A strong understanding of Generative AI models like GANs, Diffusion models, and Transformers is essential. Proficiency in machine-learning principles, algorithms, and techniques, along with hands-on experience in developing and implementing machine-learning models is required. You should also have expertise in training image-based machine-learning models and a proven track record of applying them to real-world problems. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning, such as Python, is a must-have skill.
