General Manager

• Responsible for the overall management and operations of the restaurant/resort, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Lead and motivate all departmental heads to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high operational standards.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and profitability of the business.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and implementing service improvements.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to build an efficient and customer-focused team.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely procurement of quality supplies.
• Prepare and present operational reports to the management/owners with actionable insights.
• Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and ambiance to reflect the brand image consistently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
