General Manager - Operations

Hiring – General Manager (Operations) - Industry: Resort / Club (Hospitality)
Experience: Min. 5 Years in Hospitality Operations
Location: Sanand
Weekly Off: Between Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month
Male candidate prefer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the resort/club across all departments
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and guide department heads to meet operational goals
• Develop and implement operational procedures and quality standards
• Coordinate with the Director for strategic planning and execution
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations and company policies
• Handle escalated guest issues and ensure prompt resolution
• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in resorts or clubs
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and operational best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and functions simultaneously
• Flexible to work on weekends and take weekly off between Monday to Friday
