General Manager – Manufacturing Facility (Abroad)

Plant Operations:

·        Oversee daily manufacturing activities, including production planning, process control, and quality assurance.

·        Ensure achievement of production targets, cost control, and productivity metrics.

·        Coordinate with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and safety teams for smooth plant functioning.

·        Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and other operational excellence initiatives.

·        Ensure equipment uptime and preventive maintenance schedules.

Administration & General Management:

·        Supervise administrative functions such as facility management, housekeeping, transport, security, and canteen.

·        Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Factory Act, EHS norms, etc.).

·        Manage industrial relations in coordination with HR/IR departments.

·        Handle government liaison work, labor inspectors, pollution control boards, and other authorities.

·        Lead cross-functional plant teams including production, maintenance, HR/admin, safety, etc

·        Drive workforce discipline, performance management, and training initiatives
