UTM Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a renewable energy company dedicated to sustainable waste management and clean fuel production. We are currently operating a CBG (Compressed Bio Gas) plant in Bhailamau, Hardoi (UP), and are expanding our team with passionate and experienced professionals.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead the operations, administration, and strategy execution of our CBG plant. The GM will be responsible for overseeing plant performance, team management, statutory compliance, production targets, and coordination with government authorities and gas offtakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the CBG plant to ensure optimal gas production and efficiency.
  
• Lead and manage the plant team including shift incharges, operators, and technicians.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  
• Liaison with statutory authorities, CGD networks, and key stakeholders.
  
• Track KPIs like gas yield, feedstock utilization, and plant uptime.
  
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure asset reliability.
  
• Ensure timely reporting to management and suggest process improvements.
  
• Manage budgeting, procurement, and cost controls for the plant.
  
• Support expansion, EPC, or scale-up activities as required.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in process plant management, preferably in Bio-CNG (Biogas) sector.
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with SATAT scheme, PESO, and other relevant CBG regulations.
