Job Description

Role: Gen AI Architect Experience: 10+Yrs Locations: multiple Locations Role & responsibilities Bachelors or master's in computer science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI-related roles. Overall 12+ years of experience. Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT) and prompt engineering. Experience in API integration and application development Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Expertise in Python development along with AI tools is a must. Should have worked on all the python libraries relevant to AI Complete knowledge on using Open AI and implementation basis the OpenAI libraries is essential. Design and develop algorithms for generative models using deep learning techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems. Experience working and implementing solutions using Agentic AI is definitely a plus. Research and stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies. Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generative AI models and implementations. Create and maintain documentation for generative AI models and their applications. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders. Need to interact with Guidewire developers to integrate the solution with Guidewire. Knowledge on Insurance products such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco will be an added advantage. Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
