Job Description: Fibre glass Supervisor We are looking for an experienced Fibreglass Supervisor to oversee fibreglass moulding, Fabrication, and finishing work in our boat manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of moulders, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely job completion. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily fibreglass moulding and finishing activities. Allocate tasks to workers and monitor progress. Ensure proper use of resins, gel coats, and fibreglass materials. Maintain product quality and safety standards. Coordinate with the Production Manager for workflow and schedules. Maintain daily production and material usage records. Requirements: ITI/Diploma with 5 years' experience in fiberglass work. Strong team supervision and fibreglass knowledge. Familiarity with boat or composite manufacturing preferred.
