Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop new products using AutoCAD, Creo, and other relevant software tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development projects. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in the automotive industry. Develop gasket designs for various applications within the auto components sector. Participate in new product development (NPD) processes to bring ideas from concept to production. Desired Candidate Profile Fresh graduate or Diploma holder with 0-1 year of experience in mechanical engineering or related field. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering required. Proficiency in GD&T, NPD, PDM, SOPs, SolidWorks, Solidity, Windchill preferred but not mandatory.
