Gammastack - Node.js Developer - Backend Technologies

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex Node.js applications. Your role will involve architecting scalable, performant, and maintainable server-side systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features will be a key aspect of your work. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and productivity. Performing code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development is essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Node.js development. A proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Node.js projects is required. Experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as Express.js, Hapi.js, or Koa.js is preferred.
