Link to apply: https://jobs.exxonmobil.com/job-invite/80881/ Please find the JD below, What role you will play in our team The PE/PP Regulatory business compliance Advisor is responsible for engaging with EMPS Sales and Marketing & Technology functions to assess and develop Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Product Regulatory Statements, & related Chemical Management information to support our customers and maintain compliance across the markets and segments we operate. The support provides our employees and customers in the safe cradle-to grave handling of our products as well as compliance with the Corporate Product Safety Policy and regulations in the countries in which we do business. In addition, the BCA provides insight to the rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks to the business lines to inform product design and marketing strategies. Job location is based out of Bangalore, Karnataka. What you will do Review product composition and regulatory information to finalize SDSs of PE and PP products Work as subject matter expert to advise regulatory compliance statements required by internal and external customers to support sensitive end use applications (SEUS) Registration, volume tracking and compliance management of substances registered under REACH and REACH-like regulations (K- REACH,EU, UK, KKDIK) Provide REACH OR services to respective business. Develop, lead, and execute REAH related projects. Monitoring and product regulatory determination w.r.t. specific regulations, e.g. ROHS, IMDS, IEC, GADSL regulations. Assess regulatory compliance impact due to proposed changes with material/supplier/formulation and recommend compliance actions. Develops and informs business of product design choices to positively position finished product in the evolving regulatory framework inclusive of sustainability initiatives/targets About you Skills and Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in science from a recognized university with minimum GPA 7.0 Chemical or petroleum industry Product Stewardship Compliance experience strongly preferred REACH dossier development, submission and compliance experience preferred Deep expertise in product and chemical regulations across EMEA (European, UK, Turkey) and APAC (South Korea, etc.) Petrochemical laboratory, quality control, manufacturing experience preferred Familiarity with regulations for Chemical Classification and Labelling (GHS/CLP) and Product Transportation Classification Excellent communication skills Technical proficiency (SAP, Salesforce and IUCLID) Thanks, Anita Bhati.

Description: Perform IMDS projects involving creation, updation and submission of Material Data Sheets and evulation of supplier MDS subimissions respecting IMDS guidelines and OEM requirement. He/she is responsible for the creation of IMDS and communication to the respective Program team. In his role, he needs to respect in particular the FES-System (Faurecia Excellence System) and the PMS-System (Faurecia Program Management). Education and Experience: Bachelors in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering Upto 5 yrs of experience in IMDS Creation, Evaluation and reporting, including interaction with customers/suppliers for query resolution Previous experience in organizations manufacturing automotive parts preferred. Exposure to American and European standards would be an added advantage Roles / responsibility: Responsible for IMDS Projects for creation, update and submission of material data sheets (MDS) Evaluation of supplier MDS submission as per IMDS guidelines and customer requirements Responsible for execution and sucessful delivery of the projects, meeting customer's time line and quality requirements Upgrading skills and competencies to meet customer requirements and IMDS guidelines Communication with the customer/supplier on day to day activities. Responsible for project status reports (KPIs, RFT & OTD etc.) Participation in company employee involvement/Continuos Improvement activities On need basis, willing to travel to customer places Required Technical Skills : Fluent on IMDS web tool (www.mdsystem.com) Good knowledge on IMDS Recommendations & OEM guidelines, ELV, REACH/SVHC, CM and GADSL etc. Knowledge on Engineering materials especially Steels Experience in working with any PLM system, minimum knowledge about how to search and download the part details, BOM’s and drawings Good Knowledge on reading and interpreting drawings and BOM Experience in interacting with customers and suppliers over emails, telephone and in person Proficiency in MS office tools, Powerpoint and Ms excel Knowledge on APQP/PPAP requirements as per AIAG Required People Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) International mind set, ability to work with international customers English communication and presentation skills Continuous improvement mindset Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
