Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/VMC Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC/VMC machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines according to specifications and requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/VMC machines. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during operations. Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in operating CNC and/or VMC machines. Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC software. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery. Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
