Role & responsibilities Preparation of SFA Wave planning in alignment with AEEV for V3P4 & LEAP100 Projects Timely Execution of all internal milestone expectations starting from SFA Call launch to JE2b (SFA-A delivery) as per O51 process Interact with the AEEV, AEES, IST, PDEs, SDE/SDM pilot and get all requried inputs required for each milestone. Share the activity with SFA-Archi desiners and ensure the job done at 100% quality. Share the project status on weekly basis (or requirement basis) to Team Manager, AEEV, IST, CUET and keep proper tracking on project monitoring file. Plan regular meeting with AEEV, AEES & IST to share the project status & resolve the quality concerns. Perform quality review check before delivering SFA-A to Harness team (SEE team) Keep all I-QMS documentations updated Preferred candidate profile EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BE / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Working Experience : 2-5+years for B.E / 5-8+year for Diploma in Vehicle EE Schematics design or automobile harness manufacturing. Hands on experience on any of CAE tools. Knowledge of complete vehicle sub-systems & vehicle architecture. Knowledge on harness components like Connectors , wires, relays, fuse, protections, supports etc. Proactive and self-motivated Strong communication, Good presentation skills Analytical skills & logical thinking Excellent team motivation and guidance
