Product application : Lighting/ Power Electronics / Control Cards of various Appliances like Air Conditioner / BLDC Fans-Appliances Sourcing multiple categories in Active & Passive electronic components like IC/Mosfets/ Micro Controller Unit /Fuse/ LED s /PCB etc Setting long/midterm strategies for Sourcing the defined categories Driving multiple sourcing activities like Year-on-Year cost optimization/ Spend consolidation etc. Meeting overall Project management requirement for multiple projects in terms of Target Costing/ Trials and finally mass production as per defines business objective. Job Expected Knowledge :- Responsibilities Ability to source large number of components maintaining a good database for timely execution. Knowledge of supplier base in terms of Manufacturers/ Distributors and online aggregators Should be well verse with Product benchmarking/ Cost Feasibility studies/ Market benchmarking Have Good knowledge of Costing/ Estimation / Export/Import Guidelines-INCO Terms & Contracts Soft Skills Good knowledge of SAP-MM Module Good analytical skill in Excel Ability to handle large data and analyse to make Management reports and decision-making matrix - Education Experience Personal B.E./B.Tech in Electronics-Electrical 11-15 Years Experience with EMS Company or FMEG Companies in appliances Good presentation skills with excellent communication skill CLASSIFICATION | CONFIDENTIAL

Role & responsibilities 1.Should have strong experience in Automotive Electrical Domain 2.Expertise of Electrical Wiring Harness schematic design, Electric circuit design. 3.Expertise in using CREO Electrical & CREO schematics work benches. 4.Create LV Electrical schematic. 5.Update electrical schematics for Vehicle. 6.Experience of Harness component selection Like connector, terminal, wire, Covers. 7.Experience of using Teamcenter and/or other PDM too.

Role & responsibilities Preparation of SFA Wave planning in alignment with AEEV for V3P4 & LEAP100 Projects Timely Execution of all internal milestone expectations starting from SFA Call launch to JE2b (SFA-A delivery) as per O51 process Interact with the AEEV, AEES, IST, PDEs, SDE/SDM pilot and get all requried inputs required for each milestone. Share the activity with SFA-Archi desiners and ensure the job done at 100% quality. Share the project status on weekly basis (or requirement basis) to Team Manager, AEEV, IST, CUET and keep proper tracking on project monitoring file. Plan regular meeting with AEEV, AEES & IST to share the project status & resolve the quality concerns. Perform quality review check before delivering SFA-A to Harness team (SEE team) Keep all I-QMS documentations updated Preferred candidate profile EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BE / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Working Experience : 2-5+years for B.E / 5-8+year for Diploma in Vehicle EE Schematics design or automobile harness manufacturing. Hands on experience on any of CAE tools. Knowledge of complete vehicle sub-systems & vehicle architecture. Knowledge on harness components like Connectors , wires, relays, fuse, protections, supports etc. Proactive and self-motivated Strong communication, Good presentation skills Analytical skills & logical thinking Excellent team motivation and guidance

Job description Role & responsibilities Experience of 2 to 6 years in Wiring Harness design for the automotive industry using UG NX. Should be able to execute: Experience with UG NX in Wiring Harness with 2 to 6 years of experience. Create 3D Designs for low Voltage/High Voltage Wiring Harnesses considering EMC requirements. Must have Wiring harness domain knowledge and knows component selection criteria Create 2D Drawings for Low Voltage/High Voltage Wiring Harness Detecting/Determining of suitable wiring materials, shielding, protections based on surrounding parts/geometry Develop effective routing paths of 3D Model with the help of retainers, channels, grommets, etc.. Design brackets, trays, enclosures, grommets and other components to support wiring harness design and electrical modules packaging. Basic Knowledge of 2D drawing & 3D DMU Automotive Domain experience Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player.
