Job Summary:

• 3-4 years of professional manual testing experience.
• Experience in end-to-end software testing process (SDLC).
• Preparation of test cases, execution of test cases and defect reporting.
• Attend client/onshore meetings and establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members.
• Participate in the solution development process for internal business unit.
• Experience with defect management tools like ALM, JIRA, and DevOps etc.
• Basic knowledge in SQL and database
• Knowledge of cloud concepts is required
• Test AI/ML-powered features (e.g., chatbots, content generation, predictive analytics).
• Evaluate output accuracy, bias, and performance of GenAI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Document edge cases and limitations of AI-generated responses.

• Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team and independently.
• Apply creativity and analytical thinking in a problem-solving environment. Ability to think out-of-the box.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Should possess a positive attitude and be willing to learn new tools and technology.

Education / Professional qualifications

• Bachelors/ Master’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
