Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (Hybrid Mode) Experience: Minimum 5 years Key Responsibilities: * Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Odoo configurations. * Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) based on business requirements. * Implementation & Deployment: Oversee and participate in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, including data migration and integration with third-party applications. * Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer functional support post-implementation. * Documentation: Prepare and maintain functional specifications, workflows, and user manuals. * Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of new modules, features, and customizations to ensure reliability and performance. Skills & Qualifications: * Experience: o Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant . o Hands-on experience with Odoo 16+ versions. * Functional Knowledge: o Strong expertise in Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.). o Experience with Odoo Studio and module customization. o Knowledge of business processes and ERP workflows. * Technical Skills: o Basic understanding of Odoo.sh and deployment processes. o Familiarity with PostgreSQL and basic SQL queries. * Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and presentation abilities. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
