As a hands-on full-stack tech lead at NetTrackers, you will be responsible for leading our growing development team in Kolkata. You will have strong experience in Laravel and React, working across various industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, and AI. Your role will involve project planning, execution, and delivery, leading a team of talented developers, building clean and scalable web applications using Laravel and React, as well as collaborating with design, QA, marketing to drive impact. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 6 years of experience in Laravel, 6 years in React, and 4 years in team/project leadership. Full-stack experience is a must for this role.
