Requirements

4+ years of professional software development experience in consumer products

Someone who spends time thinking about product experience as much as they do thinking about language framework

Have an awareness about NextJS and Vercel, or intent to pick them up
Collaborative and want to see the team succeed in its goals

Practical about tradeoffs between speed and polishPassionate about showing others how to do something new

Problem solving, proactive and solution oriented mindset, to spot opportunities and use code to fix itAbility to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity
