Full Stack Development - .NET Core | React/ Next/ NodeJS | AWS

You will be joining a Global Banks GCC in Bengaluru, a strategic technology hub that drives innovation and delivers enterprise-scale solutions across global markets. In this leadership position, you will play a key role in shaping the engineering vision, leading technical solutioning, and developing high-impact platforms that cater to millions of customers. Your responsibilities will revolve around bridging technology and business needs, creating scalable, secure, and modern applications utilizing cloud-native and full-stack technologies to enable cutting-edge digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and solution design. You should possess expertise in full-stack development using technologies such as .NET Core, ReactJS, Node.js, Typescript, Next.js, and Python. Additionally, experience in Microservices and BIAN architecture for financial platforms, a deep understanding of AWS cloud-native development and infrastructure, and proficiency in REST/GraphQL API design, TDD, and secure coding practices are essential. Hands-on experience with tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and AI-powered dev tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is also desirable. Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines and deployment automation is a plus. Moreover, you should possess excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, coupled with the ability to mentor and enhance team productivity. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Bachelors/Masters) will be advantageous for this position.,
