Job Title: Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Head Industry: Aerospace Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ years in SMT with at least 3 years in a leadership role Reports To: Operations/Production Head Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SMT Head to lead and manage our Surface Mount Technology operations in the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and quality systems, with proven experience in managing high-reliability PCB assembly for aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end SMT operations, ensuring adherence to aerospace industry standards (AS9100, IPC-A-610 Class 3, etc.). Plan, schedule, and manage production to meet delivery targets and quality benchmarks. Drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing within SMT lines.
