Ensure regulatory compliance of product labels as per FSSAI laws. Coordinate with labs for monthly product testing and documentation for food inspections. Collaborate with design and vendor teams for new product packaging. Support product development alongside the R&D team. Verify ingredient, nutritional, allergen, and legal labeling compliance for all products. Stay updated on food labeling standards and regulatory changes. Participate in internal/external product audits to ensure packaging accuracy. Handle pre-market label submissions to regulatory bodies. Manage label updates due to ingredient or formula changes. Coordinate with product, manufacturing, legal, and marketing teams for compliance. Maintain records of label reviews, audits, and regulatory documents. Identify and resolve label discrepancies or documentation issues. Proofread packaging materials before final approval for production. Additional Details : 1. Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) 2. Working time : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM 3. Interview rounds : 2 4. Interview Mode : F2F 5. Qualification : Graduate 6.
