Shift timings- 1 PM to 10 PM (1-2 hour of overlapping might happen) Interview Process- 2 Technical Discussion + 2 Client Rounds + 1 Managerial Discussion Communication- Should be 4 out of 5 Candidate should be strong in Salesforce LWC, Apex , Integration. Hands on experience in LWC. FSC(Financial Services Cloud) implementation experience. Should be PD1 and PD2 certified. Complete ownership of task, starting from requirement gathering to implementation. Quickly troubleshoot and provide resolution for production issues. Should be able to pick new projects on short notice. Liaison with other teams to quickly resolve dependency. Good communication skills - Verbal/Written.
