You are a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React, with over 7 years of experience, and are comfortable working the Night Shift. You excel in crafting cutting-edge web applications that are not only modern and intelligent but also high-performing. Your expertise lies in React (v18+), TypeScript, and advanced frontend architectures. You are passionate about integrating AI-driven solutions into web experiences and proficient in tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and low-code AI interfaces. In this role, your responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable React applications that boast high performance and usability. You will be tasked with building responsive UIs using tools like Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or design systems. Collaboration with Backend, AI/ML, and Product teams is key to integrating AI-powered features such as chatbots, RAG pipelines, and recommendation systems. You will leverage AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Codeium to accelerate coding, documentation, and testing. Architecting state management with tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and React Query will be another crucial aspect of your role. You will be developing smart UI features like conversational interfaces, intelligent autocomplete, and contextual assistance. Optimizing frontend performance using code splitting, lazy loading, and Web Vitals tracking will also be a part of your responsibilities. Active participation in Agile processes, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing sessions is expected. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 7 years of hands-on frontend development experience with React.js (v18+), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). A strong understanding of UI/UX design with a keen eye for detail and accessibility is essential. Proficiency in integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector search, etc.) and hands-on experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-enhanced dev environments is required. Familiarity with component libraries such as shadcn/ui, Material UI, Chakra UI is a plus. Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and real-time features is necessary. Knowledge of frontend tooling including Vite, Webpack 5, ESLint, Prettier, and Playwright/Cypress is expected. Exposure to frontend security best practices, cross-browser compatibility, and performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse, Sentry, and Vercel Analytics is crucial. Additionally, experience in designing with Figma, Framer, or AI-based UI generation tools is beneficial. Any understanding of RAG pipelines, vector search frameworks, or AI agents for frontend integration is considered a bonus in this role.,
