Key Responsibilities: - Create Intuitive UI Designs: Design clean and user-friendly interfaces to enhance usability and accessibility. - Contribute to the Design System: Help build and maintain scalable design components in Figma for consistency across the platform. - Support User Research & Testing: Assist in gathering feedback and iterating on designs to enhance the user experience. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into interactive prototypes and polished UI designs. - Optimize for Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs adhere to best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform usability. - Refine and Iterate on Existing Designs: Take ownership of features and UI refinements based on user insights and feedback. - Learn and Grow as a Designer: Stay updated on UI/UX trends, expand skills in interaction design, prototyping, and contribute to the design culture at Aizen. Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ Years of Experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products. - Proficiency in Figma and Design Tools for creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. - Understanding of User-Centered Design Principles, UX best practices, and responsive design. - Strong Visual & Interaction Design Skills with attention to detail. - Collaboration & Communication Skills for working in a cross-functional team. - Eagerness to Learn & Grow, with a passion for UI/UX design and a growth mindset. - Basic Front-End Knowledge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
