Frontend Developer-Trading Platform

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Angular UI Engineer to join our team in developing a high-performance trading platform. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, value clean and maintainable code, and recognize the significance of real-time data and intuitive user interfaces in financial applications. As a Front-End Angular UI Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing modern, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces using Angular (v12+). You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into clean, pixel-perfect interfaces for various trading tools such as dashboards, charting tools, order books, and user settings. Integration of real-time data feeds through WebSockets and RESTful APIs, as well as the implementation of a component-based architecture with scalability and performance in mind, are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, optimizing applications for maximum speed and responsiveness under heavy data load, ensuring application security, and adhering to trading standards will be part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of front-end development experience, with a strong emphasis on Angular and TypeScript. Proficiency in RxJS, state management (e.g., NgRx, Akita), and component-driven architecture is essential. A deep understanding of real-time web application patterns, data visualization, and integrating with financial/trading APIs is required. Familiarity with responsive design frameworks, cross-browser compatibility, charting libraries, accessibility, UI performance optimization, and version control using Git is expected. Preferred skills include a background in financial services, trading, or capital markets, knowledge of low-latency frontend optimizations, experience in test automation (Jest, Cypress, Karma, Protractor), and an understanding of trading concepts like order types, P&L, margin, and market depth.
