Overview

Manage entire front office monitoring work

Welcoming guests & officials

Monitoring employees attendance & Dress code policy

Preparing MIS & Petty Cash Maintenance

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments Employees travel booking, visa processing

New joiner formalities, Issue access card

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Coordinate with HR team for office events

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
