General Shift Salary + Medical + PF + Leaves + Other benefits Roles and Responsibilities Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests. Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy. Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information. Provide administrative support to the team as needed. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in hospitality industry (front desk or reception). Strong communication skills with ability to handle diverse clientele.
