Job Description: Front Office Executive Position Title: Front Office Executive Department: Front Office Location: The RRA Hotels / RRA Retreat Hotels , Nathdwara , Rajastha -313301 Reports To: General Manager Job Summary: The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests. This role involves welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out procedures, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying guest experience. Key Responsibilities :Greet guests warmly and perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner Manage phone calls, emails, and reservations Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth room operations Promote hotel services, upgrades, and amenities to enhance guest experience Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and presentable Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hotel policies at all times Requirements: 12th Pass with Basic English and wit Basic Knowledge of Computer Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office or guest services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-oriented Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
