Role & responsibilities

  • Serving on the front lines of customer service.
  • Handling International visitors.
  • Throughout the day, you will also handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution.
  • To remain professional and polite in the way you present yourself, from appearance to behavior.
  • Being at the heart of the business maintaining and updating records and database are also part of your basic daily routine.
  • This Role also includes maintaining telephone registers, call tracking and client contacts.
  • Support on general admin activities and other help desk tasks.
  • Role also includes taking part in managing conference / meeting rooms, co-ordination for various events, Tea & Snack arrangements, Flower arrangements coordination, and others.

Work Location -JP Nagar (3rd phase),Bengaluru

Preferred candidate profile

Any degree with good communication skills
