Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Front Office Executive to join our team. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing all front desk tasks, including greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating meetings, managing registers, and providing administrative support as needed. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. - Manage outward and inward registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging necessary equipment or refreshments. - Handle incoming calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. - Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. - Provide support to other departments as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the [IT Industry] industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
