Front End Developer Next.js+ React

Job Description

Front-End Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in developing scalable web applications using React and Next.js. Strong understanding of front-end development, along with experience in creating responsive and high-performance user interfaces. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive, high-performance user interfaces. Optimize application performance, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js. Implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between the frontend and backend. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise. Follow best practices in code versioning (Git), testing, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Required Skills & Experience: Frontend: Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, Material UI. APIs: Experience in developing RESTful APIs. Performance Optimization: Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js. Version Control: Experience with Git. Testing: Familiarity with unit testing (Jest), integration testing, and test automation. Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities: Works independently with a broader overview on the project Participates in communications with partners and clients, when needed Understands and follows the release processes in the company Participates in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation Writes quality code to fit unique customer needs and configurations Troubleshoots and debugs (with some guidance from senior team members if needed) Provides mentoring to junior Software Engineers Delivers trainings and participates in knowledge sharing Achieves better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggests improvements Location: Pune Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
