Front Desk Executive (Govandi East,Mumbai- Females Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Reception
• Greet visitors with a warm, professional manner and manage the reception area.
• Operate the EPABX system—answering, transferring, and managing multi-line phone calls.
• Travel & Hotel Booking
• Make flight, train, and bus reservations using.
• Hotel Coordination
• Manage room reservations, Hotel bookings
• Administrative Support
• Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and couriers professionally.
• Maintain logs for travel transactions, manage tickets, vouchers, and handle basic cash

Minimum Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years’ experience in travel/bookings, hospitality, or front‑office roles.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong telephone etiquette and EPABX handling expertise.

Work Details

• Location: Govandi East (East Delhi), fully on‑site.
• Employment Type: Full‑time.

*5 Days working all Saturday are work from home*
