As we grow, we’re looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible Front Office Manager who can be the face of our institute — managing daily operations and creating a welcoming experience for students and parents. 💼 Key Responsibilities:Greet and guide walk-in students and parents with warmth and clarity Handle front desk operations including phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups Maintain student records, admissions data, and batch schedules Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for smooth classroom functioning Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professional ambiance at reception Assist in fee collection, receipts, and basic admin work Manage appointments and keep track of daily leads or visitors Follow up with potential leads and maintain communication logs
