Experience : 6-9 years of Design & Development Experience in Chassis System / Components (Front Axle or Rear Axle, Corner Module). Must to have Technical Competency: Component Design Front Axle (Lower Arm, Subframe), RR Axle (Twist beam) (or) Corner Module Parts (Knuckle, Hub, Bearing etc). Validation of the specification of parts as per DVP (Design Validation Plan) and to ability to synthesize the results. Strong Proficiency in Stamping Parts (like Lower Arm, Subframe etc) / Forging / Casting Parts development. Convergence of design technical definition with different internal & external stake holder during development. Strong Proficiency in design data management (BOM, 3D, 2D, IMDS etc) and ensure right data availability in PDM. Strong Proficiency in preparation, review and design release of product dwgs to supplier/internal customers. Strong Proficiency in product -process convergence. Adherence to Internal Renault Development Process (milestone deliverables). APQP knowledge is added advantage. Strong Proficiency in Stack up & tolerancing, GD & T. Good to Have: Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (for design scope parts). Ability to do design calculations reg parts design & able to review CAE analysis results. System Engg Knowledge. Agile working way/exposure to Agile Methods. QC tools – 8D Analysis Method’s etc. Good Communication & Presentation Skill’s.
