We are hiring confident and well-spoken freshers to represent our career grooming and guaranteed bank placement programs (in partnership with NIIT Group ) to colleges. You’ll be responsible for visiting colleges, speaking to TPOs, HODs, and Principals, and encouraging them to onboard students into our career-readiness programs. Key Responsibilities: Visit colleges as per target reach. Speak with TPOs, Principals, and Directors to explain our program benefits Schedule student sessions, orientations, or webinars in colleges Share program brochures and explain career outcomes clearly Follow up with colleges and report student interest/enrollments Maintain visit logs and lead status daily Meet weekly and monthly targets for student engagement and enrollment Requirements: Good communication skills in English Confident public speaker and presentable personality Willingness to travel within the city and nearby areas Basic knowledge of Google Drive / WhatsApp / phone communication Graduates from any stream are welcome Experience in outreach/sales is a bonus but not required Benefits: Training is provided Real-time experience in B2B and institutional communication Opportunity to grow into business development or academic relations roles Note: This is not a desk job.
