Fresh Graduate

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented fresher with strong Advanced MS Excel skills to support our operations/data/finance team. The role involves data handling, analysis, and reporting using Excel-based tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources
• Perform data analysis and generate reports using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, INDEX-MATCH, etc.
• Create and manage Excel dashboards and MIS reports
• Maintain and perform regular data audits for accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate with internal teams to support data-driven decision making
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (including formulas, functions, charts, pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of Macros and VBA is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage time and work under tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Applications, Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Computer training certificate (ADCA) is a plus
