Indovation Lab is inviting experienced engineers and architects to join our Freelance Interview Panel an opportunity to conduct technical interviews during your free time, from the comfort of your space. About the Opportunity Indovation Lab works closely with fast-growing startups and enterprises to identify, evaluate, and hire the best technology professionals. To ensure quality hiring, we engage industry experts like you to conduct structured video-recorded interviews with candidates. This is a flexible, paid engagement based on your availability and area of expertise. Key Domains Where We Need Experts You can choose to participate in one or more of the following technical categories: 1. DevOps & Cloud Engineering Tools: GCP, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform Topics: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring & Logging, Cloud Security 2. Java Backend Development Skills: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs Concepts: Backend Architecture, Database Design, Caching, Cloud & Containerization 3. Full Stack Engineering Frontend: Angular, React Backend: Node.js or Java Architecture: Micro Frontends, Microservices, API Design 4. AI/ML & Conversational AI Technologies: NLP, STT, TTS, LLMs, RAG pipelines Applications: Conversational Bots, Agentic Systems, Voicebots Experience with model training, fine-tuning, or production deployment. 5. Data Engineering Cloud Skills: Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow Cloud Platforms: GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow), AWS (Glue, Redshift), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse) Topics: ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Warehousing, Streaming Data, Data Lakes, DataOps Interview Format One-on-one technical discussions via video call Sessions are video recorded for internal assessment and audit Duration: 30 to 60 minutes per interview Evaluation criteria and formats will be shared beforehand What Were Looking For When expressing interest, please share: Your total years of experience in your area(s) of expertise Specific technologies you're comfortable evaluating Prior experience in taking interviews (internal, external, hiring panels, etc.) What candidate levels youve interviewed before (Junior/Mid/Senior/Architects) Your availability per week for such sessions Payment Terms You will be paid for every interview conducted Payments are processed on a periodic basis (weekly/bi-weekly) Transparent tracking and timely disbursement ensured Ready to Join Us?
