Freelance Photographer

Job Purpose : To visually capture and represent the hotel's brand, services, facilities, and guest experiences through high-quality photographs and videos, which are used for marketing, promotions, social media, and other communication platforms. Key Responsibilities : Capture professional photographs of hotel interiors, exteriors, rooms, restaurants, events, staff, and guest experiences. Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards. Shoot and edit short promotional videos or reels as needed. Maintain an organized digital archive of photos and media. Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan and execute visual campaigns. Ensure all images align with the hotel’s branding and quality guidelines. Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Events, Front Office) for photo shoot scheduling. Cover events, meetings, or promotions held at the hotel. Recommend visual content strategies for social media and website. Stay updated on latest photography trends, techniques, and hotel industry standards. Required Skills : Strong knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and photography gear. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic video editing software. Creativity and strong aesthetic sense. Good time management and flexibility to work on short notice or weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications : Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of professional experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or commercial photography. Portfolio of previous hotel or related work is a must.
