As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying market trends and customer needs related to aerosol products such as air fresheners and disinfectant sprays. Your role will involve collaborating with the R&D team to develop new formulations, including fragrance selection and chemical composition, to meet these identified needs. In addition to creating innovative solutions, you will be tasked with ensuring the eco-friendliness and cost-effectiveness of the aerosol products. This will require a keen eye for detail and a commitment to staying abreast of industry developments and best practices. A crucial aspect of the role will involve product testing and quality assurance. You will conduct trials and lab tests for new products, focusing on parameters such as spray pressure, fragrance longevity, and safety. Working closely with QA/QC teams, you will ensure that all products meet both BIS and international standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. Furthermore, you will play a key role in improving existing products based on customer feedback and testing results. Your insights and analytical skills will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement and innovation within the product range. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
